WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT?
What makes me different is my ability to bridge the clinical and the creative, integrating evidence-based therapy with holistic healing, spiritual awareness, and experiential expression. I don’t just focus on symptom management; I help clients uncover the root of their patterns and reclaim their narrative.
My sessions often move beyond talk, incorporating art, writing, mindfulness, and identity exploration to engage both the conscious and unconscious parts of the self. Clients describe my approach as deeply intuitive, grounding, and transformative, a space where clinical precision meets authentic connection.
